These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Jet City Media LLC ("Jet City Media," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of TheEdgeApp.com (the "Site"), including its member portal, onboarding courses, training materials, scripts, AI-powered tools, and related communications (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, logging in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility. The Services are available only to individuals who are 18 or older and who are current Independent Business Owners ("IBOs") with Sunrider International enrolled under The Edge team, or who have been invited to join by an Edge team leader. We may verify your IBO status and may deny or revoke access if we cannot confirm it.
Registration. To use the Services you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, contact information, and Sunrider IBO ID. You agree to keep this information up to date.
Your credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else, including members of your downline. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, are no longer an active IBO under The Edge team, misuse the Services, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, and you must stop using and delete any downloaded materials, except content you created yourself.
Availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee the Services will be available without interruption or error.
You may use the Services only for the purpose of building and operating your own Sunrider business as part of The Edge team, and only in compliance with these Terms, Sunrider's Policies and Procedures, and applicable law.
You agree not to:
Share your login, or copy, download, screenshot, or redistribute training materials, scripts, courses, or other content to anyone who is not an authorized member of The Edge team
Use the materials to train, recruit for, or support any other network marketing company or competing team
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or copy the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with Jet City Media, The Edge team, or Sunrider
Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates anti-spam or telemarketing laws
Make income, earnings, health, or product claims that violate Sunrider's policies or applicable law
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the experience of other members
Our content. The Services and everything in them, including courses, videos, scripts, templates, launch sequences, graphics, text, software, the name "The Edge," and the look and feel of the Site, are owned by Jet City Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your license. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and to use our scripts and templates in your own Sunrider business. You may adapt scripts and post templates for your personal outreach and social media. You may not sell them, present them as your own training program, or share them outside The Edge team.
Third-party marks. Sunrider, product names, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as permitted by Sunrider's own policies.
Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Your content. You may enter information into the Services, such as your personal story, goals, product experiences, and draft posts ("Your Content"). You own Your Content. You grant Jet City Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Content as needed to provide the Services, and to use it in anonymized or aggregated form to improve the Services. We will not publish Your Content under your name without your permission.
Your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to share Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, violate any law, or contain anyone else's personal information without their consent.
AI-generated content. The Services include tools that use artificial intelligence to generate scripts, messages, posts, and other content based on your inputs. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before you use or publish it, and for making sure it complies with Sunrider's policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for any content you publish, whether written by you or generated with our tools.
Ownership of AI output. As between you and us, you may use AI-generated content created through your account in your own Sunrider business. We make no warranty that AI output is original or free of third-party rights, and we may not be able to prevent other members from receiving similar output.
The Services are a training resource. They do not replace, modify, or override Sunrider International's Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plan, or any agreement between you and Sunrider. If anything in our materials conflicts with Sunrider's rules, Sunrider's rules control.
You agree that in using any script, template, or AI-generated content from the Services you will:
Not make income or lifestyle claims that are not typical, substantiated, and accompanied by any disclosure Sunrider or the law requires
Not make claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition
Share only truthful personal experiences, clearly presented as your own
Follow the Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements and testimonials, including disclosing your relationship with Sunrider when you promote its products or opportunity
Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other laws when you message prospects and customers
You are responsible for your own compliance. Jet City Media LLC does not review your posts or messages and is not liable for claims you make.
Independent status. Jet City Media LLC and The Edge team are independent of Sunrider International and are not owned, operated, or endorsed by Sunrider. You are an independent business owner. Nothing in these Terms or the Services creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and Jet City Media LLC. You are responsible for your own business decisions, expenses, and taxes.
No guarantee of results. The Services provide training, tools, and strategies. We do not guarantee that you will enroll any customers or business partners, earn any income, or achieve any rank. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any examples of results in our materials are for illustration only and are not typical or guaranteed. For information about typical Sunrider IBO earnings, refer to Sunrider's official income disclosure.
Not professional advice. Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Communications. By creating an account you agree to receive emails from us about onboarding, training, and team updates. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you also agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership or purchase.
Fees. Access to the Site is currently provided at no charge to eligible Edge team members. We may introduce fees for some or all of the Services in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice and the opportunity to decline before any charge applies. Any product purchases or Sunrider enrollment fees are handled by Sunrider under its own terms, not by us.
Third-party services. The Services rely on third-party platforms, including our hosting and CRM provider and AI service providers. Your use of features powered by those providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for outages or errors they cause.
Disclaimer of warranties. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY POLICY OR LAW.
Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JET CITY MEDIA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND TEAM LEADERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF RANK OR COMMISSIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some states do not allow certain limitations on warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jet City Media LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and team leaders from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) Your Content or any content you publish, (c) your violation of these Terms, Sunrider's policies, or any law, including any income, health, or product claim you make, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Dispute resolution. If you have a dispute with us, contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial and agrees that claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
General. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Jet City Media LLC about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections 4, 5, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination of your account.
